I went large this week, I decided to put this easel to the test and I loved it!

I was so inspired by this huge tree casting the shadows onto the grass that I just had to paint it.  It was a beautiful park with the water and the grand trees everywhere, just a wonderful place to be.

  1. Wow, I love the way you see light, Karen. This painting is so bright and cheerful. Love, love, LOVE the dappled sunlight. I can almost fee the warmth of the sun. Well done!

    P.S. I love your studio, too! :)

  4. So filled with light. Hanging on a wall this would bring the sunlight in.
