Portrait Class - Day 4 and final

I could have used another couple of days to finish some of the areas but this is it for this pose and I'm pretty happy with it.

    Karen my favorite part of a portrait is usually the hair and this is no exception. Wonderfully done sitting atop a very somber face. Nice.

    I agree, the hair has great texture and goes well with the deep in thought expression. The shadows define the contours of her face beautifully!!
